    • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.), processing may take up to 5 business days.

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched.


    3. Shipping Carriers

    We work with reliable delivery partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, and Ecom Express to ensure safe and timely delivery.
    For remote or rural locations, last-mile delivery may be handled by a local courier partner.

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

    • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (for example, ₹X – specify your threshold).
